Hi, I’m Ashley, the heart and soul behind Hive Ambition. Originally from Texas, I’ve called the beautiful Asheville area in Western North Carolina home for the past decade. I’m a proud mom to a spirited 4-year-old daughter and have a wonderfully supportive husband.
My professional journey has been diverse, with experience in recruitment, culture, business operations, and strategy. Hive Ambition was born from my own experiences of loneliness and the struggle to form meaningful connections after years of working remotely. My vision is to create a vibrant community where women fiercely support one another, share knowledge, and build lasting friendships.

Membership is $14/month. The first month is free!
Most of our events are virtual, but we also host local meetups in the Asheville area.
