I’m Ashley, the heart and soul of The Hive. Founding this group was my solution to a personal struggle: to meet friends and make meaningful connections after years of working remotely.

Hive Ambition is a membership-based community focused on supporting women in business through resources, training, and networking.
ABSOLUTELY! We have several virtual-only monthly events, like our book club and hour-long Hive Mind sessions that take place on Zoom. We have members in Texas, Virginia, South Carolina, and beyond.
Soon-ish! Once the model is solid and established in Western NC, there will be options to start your own branch– which we’ll obviously be calling Hives. To express interest in starting your own Hive, email Ashley directly at ashley@hiveambition.com.
All in-person events are held in Western North Carolina. Most of our members are in Asheville, but we also host events in Fletcher, Brevard, Hendersonville, Candler and beyond. Ashley, the owner of Hive Ambition organizes, attends, and runs all events.
